A number of my golfing friends have the Skycaddie Golf GPS and they seem to be very happy with it. Good accuracy when compared to on course yardage markers, clear screen and easy to use. However most of them said they were irritated at having to pay an annual subscription and if they had their choice again they would go for a GPS without a subscription. I have owned this GPS now for 8 months and felt that I should wait before reviewing it to ensure a good period of usage didn't unearth problems.
Easy and clear to use and does what the adverts say. Some of the bunkers etc are missing on some courses but can be added manually for future reference. Not good though if you are only playing the once!

I bought this as a gift for my husband who is a single figure golfer and he is delighted with it. He says it has improved his game no end and cannot recommend it strongly enough.

What a brilliant device, used it at my own course and realised that those ditches and bunkers could be avoided now as I new the distances, then went off to two new courses never played before, invaluable, able to chart may way around the course, playing partners thought it was great as well. easy to use and download the courses. I also haven'nt had any problems with coverage, plenty of signals to keep it up to date, all in all very pleased.

I am using the Sonocaddie now for more then an month and I am very satisfied with the V300. The Sonocaddie V300 provides me the required information on the golf course about distances and distances to hurdles like water hazards and bunkers. Loading of new golf courses is quite easy and luckily there are a lot of golf courses available. I enjoy playing with the assistance of the Sonocaddie V300.
