Rating: - A real strokesaver!
Knowing distances to the green is crucial to a higher handicap player like me. This Caddy Lite golf plus does exactly what it says on the box! Its easy to connect to your PC then load up with 'maps' straight from the box. There's no pictures, just BIG numbers which you can see from yards away making it an absolute must every time your out on the fairways. Used it on 5 different courses so far and every time it has kept me on the right fairway, going to the right green with really accurate measurements! ... Read More
Rating: - Good GPS
Being a high handicapper I was a bit sceptical about the value of a GPS but I have been pleasantly surprised since receiving the Caddy Lite GPS for my birthday. It is simple to read and use and does the job very well. I had a small problem downloading my course but the online service was very good and I solved the problem quickly. All in all this product offers great value for money. In fact, the first twice I used the GPS in our club competition I finished first! (back to normal on Saturday though!!!).
Rating: - Beware of Changing Computer
This is a great product reasonably priced and good value for money.No pretty pictures but all the important information is there.Distances to hazards and to clear them, distances to front ,centre and back of green. Does not take slopes into account.
Downloading the golf courses is a bit pedantic and a bit of practise is required, the unit will only hold 10 courses at a time but they can be changed via your pc.
